My Ducky...

This picture I took at the lake in my area, I thought the duck was just pretty. Yes, we have out own private Lake. I actually live in a very new estate, ours being one of the first houses built here, we've been here six years.
Anyway, being fifty metres back from the river and being surrounded by bush and wetlands and our own private lake just invites a million types of wild life. Snakes included. And Froggies. And Birdies and eels and everything. Even feral cats. And foxes. We have a few of those.

Light and Darkness

Shadows jumpin' all over my walls
some of them big, some of them small -- Arcade Fire.

Candles, burning in my room. I have hundreds at night, I prefer them to a light bulb above me. Bright little pinpricks in the darkness of a catastrophe of paperwork, bundles of clothes, and the stains of dancing makeup and blood from my blisters.

All the Beautiful Things: A New Beginning.

This, i guess, is what you call my visual diary. i'm going to try and be a good girl and put one up daily, we'll see how that goes...

This picture happens to be of the fairy in my room, she's beautiful, I got her when I was eight.

She used to hang from my roof above me bed, watching over me, but now she's on my chest of drawers, with all my other beautiful things...
